By purchasing one of our products, a dedicated page will be created with the name and surname of the deceased. This web page will have a link of the type www.riponline.it/name-surname, which if typed on the browser, will direct you to the page of the deceased, where we can browse through his memories

In addition, you will receive at home, by courier, the a plate in ceramic to be applied on the tombstone, with  printed the QR code that, when scanned by the camera of any smartphone, will automatically redirect you to the page of the deceased and see his memories. This nameplate will only be operational    when the page is active.

After the purchase you will be asked for the data and material to be included in the page (texts, photos or   videos). The data will be entered through the data entry form, while the material will be loaded through our file upload page or delivered by hand via USB stick.

Once we receive the contents, we will take care of “lightening “the photos to make the reading of the personalized page faster and more fluid.  

There are three types of products adapted to the needs:

• Text: photo of the deceased and text (a page of Word)
• Image: Text + other photos for a maximum of 200 Mb (about 50 photos)
• Full: Image + video for a total of 10 min. (E.g., 2 videos of 5 min. or 4 of 2.5 min.)

The types of products provide for an initial payment, which includes: the first year of subscription, the creation of the page and its activation and the sending of the QR-code, for the following years the subscription with an annual early expiration will guarantee the maintenance and upkeep of the page. For more information about the costs, I refer you to the price list. The maintenance of the page involves small changes to the page itself:  the insertion of a photo rather than the addition of a text, while if you want to completely redo the page or make substantial changes or change the type of product (e.g., from image to full) the price varies depending on the need. In this case we remain available for any requirement you need. The correction of typing or grammatical errors have no cost.

When the page is finished, it will be activated. At this point we can stick the plate with the QR code on the tombstone to allow visitors to see the memories of the deceased. We recommend sticking the plate only after we have informed you that the page is active, otherwise by scanning the QR code, the result will be a non-existent page.

When a visitor approaches the tombstone, he will notice the QR code and scanning it with his smartphone he will discover the emotion of reliving the memories of the one who he went to visit.

After the purchase you will be contacted, by email, to establish the delivery method of the texts, photos and videos to be included on the page. These contents can be sent by email or by traditional mail or delivered by hand. Obviously, the shipment of the material by traditional mail, implies the return with consequent postal costs borne by the customer, while the sending by email simplifies things, as having no material to return, this will be deleted 15 days after insertion on the page. If you send the material by traditional mail, we must apply an additional charge to the price for digitization by our graphic designers. Therefore, a scan of the photos, sending the texts in electronic format or videos, would make things easier for both.

Once the contents have been received, we will “lighten” the photos to make them faster to read by the navigators and create the personalized page, structured according to the type.
